Overview+
All sales are final because each piece is handcrafted to order. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to help.
Eligibility & timeframes+
- Please report order issues (wrong item, defect, damage in transit) within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, in original condition, and include all packaging components.
- We may request clear photos (and unboxing video if available) to assess the claim.
Tip: open packages carefully and keep all materials until you try your piece on.
Non-returnable & non-exchangeable items+
- Custom designs or personalized/engraved items
- Made-to-order pieces crafted in your selected size/stone/metal
- Sale or promotional items
- Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., earrings) once worn/removed from sealed hygiene card
Exchanges+
We don’t offer automatic exchanges. In special cases and only at our discretion, we may approve an exchange before the item ships or if the piece is unworn and in original packaging within the 7-day window. Email us first at info@hayatiigold.com.
Resizing & repairs+
We’re happy to help with resizing, polishing, and repairs for Hayatii Gold pieces.
- Email photos, order number, and your requested size/repair details for a quote.
- Some designs have sizing limits (e.g., eternity bands, certain settings). We’ll advise options.
- Resizing/repair fees and shipping both ways are the customer’s responsibility unless the piece arrived with a confirmed defect.
Damaged or defective on arrival+
If your item arrives damaged or with a craftsmanship issue, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos (and packaging if damaged in transit). Once confirmed, we’ll arrange a repair or replacement.
Shipping items back to us+
- Use a trackable, insured service and pack securely in a sturdy box.
- Include your order number, contact info, and a brief note describing the request.
- We’re not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit to us.
International orders & duties+
International shipments may incur customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees. These are determined by your country and are non-refundable. If a package is refused, shipping and any return fees will be deducted from any discretionary resolution.
Order changes & cancellations+
Need to adjust size, metal, stone, or address? Email us within 24 hours of purchase and we’ll do our best to accommodate. Once production begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Refunds+
Because pieces are handcrafted to order, refunds are not offered. For verified defects reported within 7 days, we will repair or replace the item. Any alternative resolutions (e.g., store credit) are discretionary and must be approved in writing.
How to start a request+

- Your order number and full name
- Photos (and short video if helpful) of the issue
- A brief description (e.g., “arrived scratched,” “wrong size,” “prong feels loose”)
- Your shipping city/country (for return instructions)
